No Hassle Returns
We like to keep things simple so that every purchase you make with Doctor Q is completely risk free. If you’re not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and the item is unused you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All you need to do is contact us emailing us firstname.lastname@example.org before you return your goods and we will guide you through the process to make everything as quick and easy as possible.
Making A Return
Please contact Doctor Q Car Care Limited by emailing email@example.com and we’ll issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number. From here, we’ll guide you through the returns process to make it as fast and as easy as possible.
To ensure a full refund, the item to be returned needs to be unused, and must have its original packaging undamaged and intact.
Sending A Return
To return your order within 30 days of purchase, the item(s) must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. Pack up your item(s) protectively and write your Returns Number clearly on the outside of the package.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of our customer. If you need assistance, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll recommend the most cost effective way to send your return back to Doctor Q Car Care Limited.
Refund and Reimbursement
Once we receive your item, we’ll get to work on processing your return as fast as possible. If your return meets the requirements outlined above, we’ll process a refund for the item(s) back to your original method of payment within 7 working days. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is received otherwise than in accordance with our outlined requirements.
Can I drop off a return?
Returns can not be dropped off, and must be sent via post or package carrier.
